Collection of bulky waste from households
Bulky waste is any item or material that cannot be disposed of within regular mixed municipal waste collection services due to its volume and/or mass.

Disposal of bulky waste in public areas is prohibited by virtue of the Act on Sustainable Waste Management (Official Gazette 94/13, 73/17).
 
You can request bulky waste removal free of charge:
  • Twice a year for waste up to 2 m3 or
  • Once a year for waste up to 4 m3.
 
This service can be ordered by submitting the “Bulky Waste Removal Request” form, which is delivered to the citizens’ home address together with Zagreb Holding’s bills.
 
“Bulky Waste Removal Request” forms can be submitted between 15 February and 15 November. Citizens can submit them to the address Zagreb Holding Ltd., subsidiary Čistoća, Radnička Cesta 82, 10 000 Zagreb or to the e-mail address: cistoca.glomazno@zgh.hr. Alternatively, they can also fill out the e-Request. We undertake to deliver a response with scheduled time of removal as soon as possible and no later than within 20 days.

Bulky Waste Removal e-Request

Citizens may arrange their own transport of bulky waste and hand it over free of charge at the recycling centres.
