Čistoća expanded the service of separate collection of biodegradable waste and plastic and metal packaging to residential buildings
14 June 2019 - Zagreb Holding Ltd. commenced with expansion of the service of separate collection of biodegradable waste in February, and expansion of the service of separate collection of plastic and metal packaging in April this year. In the first stage of service expansion, biodegradable waste bins and bags for disposal of plastic and metal packaging were distributed to family homes.
With a view of upgrading the public service, Zagreb Holding Ltd., subsidiary Čistoća commenced with distributing biodegradable waste bins and packets of bags also to citizens residing in multi-apartment buildings (i.e. to groups of service users).
Packets of bags contain bags for disposal of plastic and metal packaging (13 60L bags, free of charge, sufficient for a half-year period - 2 bags per month) and biodegradable bags for disposal of biodegradable waste (26 30L bags, free of charge, sufficient for a half-year period - 1 bag per week).
Packets of bags will be distributed by Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta) postmen, starting from Monday, 17 June 2019.

This way we will contribute to developing a responsible approach to separation of biodegradable waste and plastic and metal packaging, which will in turn result in a combined effort towards:
